Client Agreement
To maintain an environment of absolute safety, mutual respect, and profound trust, all clients are required to review and accept this Agreement prior to participating in any physical or therapeutic touch sessions.
1. Purely Platonic & Professional Nature
I explicitly understand and agree that all touch therapy sessions provided by Jasmina | My Touch Therapy are entirely professional, therapeutic, and 100% platonic. There is absolute zero tolerance for any sexual behavior, language, or suggestive actions.
2. Right to Terminate
I understand that both the practitioner and the client retain the right to pause or terminate the session at any given moment if a boundary feels crossed, or if comfort levels shift. If the practitioner terminates the session due to a breach of platonic boundaries, the full session fee is non-refundable.
3. Personal Hygiene & Comfort
Out of mutual respect, both the practitioner and the client agree to arrive for the session clean, showered, fully clothed, and wearing fresh, comfortable clothing (such as sweatpants, clean t-shirts, or loungewear).
4. Confidentiality
Your privacy is sacred. All personal information, discussions, and details shared within the sanctuary of a session remain entirely confidential, except as required by law or in the case of an immediate safety concern.
5. Physical Health & Informed Consent
I confirm that I am participating in this session of my own free will. I understand that touch therapy is a holistic wellness modality designed for relaxation and nervous system support, and I accept full personal responsibility for my physical and emotional well-being during and after the session.
