Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

All services offered - including Professional Cuddle Therapy, Reiki & Energy Healing, and Life Coaching - are non-clinical, holistic practices intended for personal wellness, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle alignment. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, psychiatric evaluation, or clinical counseling.

2. Booking, Payments & Financial Logistics

• All appointments, coaching sessions, and course enrollments are processed securely via our automated system or integrated payment links (PayPal).

• The professional fee for the 3-Month Coaching Container is $1,200 AUD (payment plans available upon structured mutual agreement).

• The fee for the Professional Cuddle Therapy Training (Cuddle Course) is $185 AUD, payable in full upon enrollment.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and allocate dedicated space for every client. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Intellectual Property

The curriculum, module text, layout designs, and original copy found within the Professional Cuddle Therapy Training (Cuddle Course) and across this website are the sole intellectual property of Jasmina | My Touch Therapy. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Professional Conduct & Dismissal

We reserve the right to immediately terminate a session, coaching contract, or course enrollment if a client or student exhibits inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
